By accessing or using the services provided by Intellimind Software Design ("Intellimind", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Intellimind provides custom software development, AI integration, web and mobile application development, and related consulting services. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and materials required for the completion of the project. Delays caused by the client may result in extended timelines and additional costs.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Intellimind retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code developed during the project. Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in the suspension of work.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues for 3 years after the termination of the agreement.
Intellimind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
